MFB is primarily an acoustic-based trio but also performs as a full band with other local musicians - featuring steel guitar, drums, and bass. They consider their genre Southern Americana, rooted in bluegrass and folk backgrounds. Their familial harmonies and multi-generational heritage in music make them a stand-out band in the St. Augustine scene.
